I met Steven Alan around 2008, during this time frame, Steven Alan was the footprint for men’s fashion boutique’s we know today. A curated selection of watches, bags, jackets, apothecary for men’s, and premium Tee shirts, all created the environment that many would take as the blueprint for success. The idea of this collaboration was to create an assortment of sneakers that the downtown NYC guy would want to wear with the collection of pieces Steven was curating from other collections. The shoes are still a true sneakerheads favorite, as the launch was kept low key and stayed true to the early sneakerhead code of “if you know, you know.”
